This workshop will introduce the definitions of processed foods and the concept of portion distortion, and discuss how both of these affect people’s perception of foods the nutritional value of various foods. Ideas for improving eating habits related to processed foods and portion distortion habits among adults and children will also be presented.

This training provides 1 Professional Development hour; light refreshments will be served.  Join us for a fun time including networking with your peers. This training session is open to both SNA members and non-members
